"The best experience I've ever had in a hair salon. The staff are all really friendly and accommodating. I just went in for a trim and olaplex treatment but ended up getting a blonde money piece as well, something I'd been debating doing myself for a while but so glad I had this professionally done in the salon! Super chuffed with Charleys work and for making the time for me as it meant my appointment lasted much longer than booked! The decor is fantastic and I absolutely love the massage chairs. I haven't visited a hair salon in so long as I'd had negative experiences when I lived in Bristol with hairdressers moaning about the state of my hair and just generally making me feel bad for not getting it cut enough etc. But there was absolutely none of that at the hair lounge and I left feeling amazing and I've already had compliments! "There are not enough stars available to praise this hair salon enough. After a bad experience and colour disaster at another salon, my hair was really starting to get me down. I popped into the Hair Lounge to see if there was anything that could be done to make it look better, with the expectation that I might have to have a lot of my length chopped off due to excessive bleach damage. After my appointment I am beyond surprised at the result! From the moment I stepped through the door the atmosphere was lovely, and the customer service was second to none. The wonderful Phil went out of his way to help sort out my locks, and put me completely at ease. He worked some absolute magic; fixing my hair from an awful fake blonde, to a beautiful natural looking colour. Phil has used some great products on my hair to help restore the condition and he also fixed my cut too, whilst managing to keep the length as well,. I absolutely LOVE how my hair looks now and cannot thank Phil enough. He hasn't just fixed my hair as I feel so much better in myself knowing my hair looks great. This salon is a great little find and I will not go anywhere else to get my hair done now. Cannot wait to go back for my next appointment, and so looking forward to seeing what the salon looks like after the refurbishment!"
