"Terrible. Would not recommend. Farah was an abysmal solicitor, who deflected accountability of any issues when confronted. Communication was very poor and overall service was subpar and incompetent. Farah does not make you feel valued, heard or respected, which is not acceptable when you are trying to get help for a very sensitive and pressing issue. She does not prepare well, and I felt scammed off money for basic admin work I could have done myself. She made promises she did not deliver on, which nearly ruined my case. Luckily, I chose to go elsewhere in the nick of time, and have my case successfully achieved with a more efficient team."
