"I booked for my 12 & 16 year old daughter Wash, Haircut & Blow Dry during half term. Couldn't go with them because I was working. They waited 40 minutes. And then Leah said, she couldn't make their treatment because of safeguarding issues. She proposes to just make dry cuts and that she will partially refund me. So she cut their hair, which took 5 minutes for both of them. She told me she will process the partial refund and never did it, despite texts and phone calls. She is a thief and a liar"

"I didn’t feel that I was taken care of when I was seen by Love Your Hair, poorly done balayage and bad customer service. First thing was that Leah mixed the dye before I told her what I wanted, this means that the colour came out unnatural and not golden/honey coloured (which is what I requested). The balayage was done in blocks rather than blended in. I visited Love Your Hair for a balayage in March 2021 and this happened then too and I had to revisit the salon to get my hair colour fixed. Now, when I tie up my hair you can clearly see very blonde dyed stripes rather than more natural colour blended in, which is the opposite of the aim of balayage. When I tried to tell Leah this at the end of my appointment, she didn’t listen to my feedback properly and told me to wait for my hair to dry. This was unhelpful and bad customer service. The hair care was rushed and inattentive - I was left with hair all over my shirt which irritated my skin because of itchiness. Whilst Leah was dying my hair, the blonde dye used for balayage rubbed against my hair line and cheek which irritated my skin and made me uncomfortable. I wasn’t given a towel so I rubbed the dye off my hairline and cheek which then irritated my fingers. I thought that I would give love your hair a second chance after last year and being away for a while, but I am very disappointed that a similar thing has happened again. After last time, I came back to get my hair fixed and I still wasn’t entirely happy with the outcome, which means I didn’t feel confident to come back and get this fixed this time around. I requested a refund from Leah, which she then declined and said she only does rebookings. Nowhere on her or treatwell’s terms and conditions does it state that refunds aren’t given. To make matters worse, Leah marked me as a “no show” on Treatwell, which I can only assume was to stop me from leaving a bad review."

"I booked in for a full head of blonde highlights and a cut and finish with Leah for the first time. Leah is so personable and I felt relaxed straight away. She asked what colour I was looking for and I showed her a few pictures and she got on straight away. I am so so pleased with the colour and my cut. She is so efficient as I was in and out within 1 hour and 45 minutes which I don’t think has ever happened with a full head of foils. Lots of people have commented how great my hair looks. Thank you so much Leah. Highly recommend and have already given your details to friends!"

"Worst haircut of my life!!! Had a 6:00pm appointment with Nicola who immediately made it clear that my appointment was keeping her from an early finish. She then washed my hair with freezing cold water in a room the size of an airing cupboard. The haircut itself has brought me to tears. She's hacked random bits of my fringe off and the whole cut is completely uneven. Can't tell even half the damage from picture uploaded as i didn't want to get my whole face in it. Worst money spent in a long time avoid getting your haircut from Nicola, not sure what the other hairdressers are like but this one was AWFUL."
