"The first consultation with Law Firm on December,13th, was good. I got a consultation and we agreed on the following legal step from tomorrow. I got via email the contact details of the solicitor who would work on my case. In the morning, before a conversation with an appointed solicitor, I sent a pack of documents regarding my case. Phone conversation started, and the lady solicitor refused to work on my case because the case may take a year. I said that yesterday during the consultation we did not say about a year (and no one other companies' solicitors say that) maybe, we will start to talk about the next step. Next, the solicitor said shocking words, people at yesterday's consultation were not solicitors but she thinks my case may take much longer. Ok, no problem. Every solicitor can have an opinion. Other lawyers find my case to be a prospective one. I just wanted to have a Russian-speaking solicitor. The only argument with Home Office is the only sentence in the application form, as the subject of Balance of probability. I got back to yesterday's solicitors via email, asked about another solicitor, and got an email, that every customer is valued and the solution/solicitor will be found. After that no more emails or contacts. Silence! After a couple of days, I realised they had just dropped my case in a bin. I my view, here is no subject about what kind of legal case I have. On February,13th I canceled other solicitors' appointments with apologies, and have to book again, the soonest one only on Monday, 19th. It's just strange to treat customers like that. To say "sorry, we can not help you" is much easier than just disappearing. Its save people time. It's so disrespectful. Regards. Victoria"
