"My two sons have been having their haircuts here since their first haircut (8 years now) We always see Sam as she knows what we want and she is brilliant with young children. We often just show her a picture of what they want and my boys are always very happy with their haircuts, they love her! It is not the most affordable of places, but we wouldn't go anywhere else - always friendly and professional staff, great location with easy parking, clean nd spacious premises, efficient booking system and works like clockwork. The owner is running this place really well, long may it continue!"

"Great haircuts, very professional, offer tea or coffee before a trim. I did think it's over priced at first compared to the barbers I used to go to in London (moved to Bath in August). I used to pay £12 pounds, and Hacketts you pay around £17, £20. Having said that, recently I went to just get my sides cut the tiniest bit to make them look neat since I'm growing my hair out, and I was only charged £10 since a little hair was cut and I was advised very well by the lady which served me as to how I should go about my hairstyle. All in all definitely worth the price for the professionalism that's provided. 5 stars from me."
