"as a transmasc person, don’t go here. worst haircut of my life - i was sat down for 10 minutes and charged £20 for the fastest and worst undercut of my life. i hate to leave bad reviews but the way the staff were spoken to was horrific - older staff were so rude to younger members of the team, and as a younger person in a pretty decent work environment themselves, it was horrible to see. i regret not going to my usual hairdresser! also - supposedly an ethical salon, but i was given a cape which was fabric and literally torn off of me. like ripped. i would think rewashing would be a better thing for the environment?! regardless, they charged me more than i was told over the phone, and i should have just left. not worth the time or money."

"Great, modern salon with lovely staff. I'm now using products similar to the ones they offer and my hair has never looked better! The staff also doesn't try to sell you products unless you specifically mention you want to buy something, which is great because you'll never feel "obligated" to buy anything other than what you've asked for. I couldn't recommend them more, they're worth every penny."
