"Wow, I had a hot stones massage today with Kelly, I have never in my life felt so relaxed. I was transported into a place of serenity, after my massage I felt so overwhelmed I couldn’t hold my emotions in. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile, I sat and looked out at the stunning view drinking a lemon, ginger and honey tea. Thank you so much and I cannot wait for my next appointment."

"We went to The Barn today 4 of us having 6 treatments in total one of us had a voucher brought in April but whilst there we realised the £60 voucher had expired. As we’re we’re spending a lot of money on all other treatments I thought the Owners Daughter Jasmine would have been understanding on this occasion especially as we had been trying to book us all in since July last year with no luck. But no she’s was extremely rude and kept saying they are s small business but they have had £60 for not providing any treatments. She wouldn’t meet us in the middle even and my lovely friends paid again the £60. If you are a small business you should think about the returning customers not the £60 paid already. There was another customer there and she said the same she’s won’t be retuning now. Nor will we we were all ready book again for a few months time and buy products but absolutely disgusting and very short sighted of a small business. Real shame to end a lovely experience this way."

"I absolutely LOVE visiting The Barn. I don't think twice about the journey from Taunton. It's a wonderful salon with wonderful staff and wonderful treatments. I have recently just enjoyed a spray tan with Jasmine. She immediately put me at ease and did an amazing job. I had a "St Tropez Classic tan". A lovely natural glow. No nasty streaks or dark feet or dodgy hands. Absolutely perfectly applied. Thank you so much x"

"I was brought a £100 voucher last October for my birthday, unfortunately I had Covid so couldn't make use of it straight away, it went in the draw and I completely forgot about it, a year has passed and it's my birthday again which reminded me of my previous year gift. I check the voucher and it has only 6months date on it. I called and explained my situation but there was nothing they could do. So they have kept the £100 and I have not received a service. Although I understand there is an expiry date and is down to me, I would have thought being a small local business you could have made an exception considering it was for the sum of £100. Very disappointed and I will not be visiting the barn again."
