She listens carefully to requirements, is so thorough, and is a total perfectionist. All reasons I could never go to anyone else. I started seeing Jess for lash extensions in 2017, and have also had my brows Micro-bladed (including three top ups). The standard of her work is exceptional and I could not fault her work or her service in general. She is kind, considerate, flexible, and reliable.
