"As promised here is my review. The solicitor I had I felt did not see me as equal. The last few months she caused me alot of harm. Her manager was very rude to me. They refused to give me their complaints procedure or to explain to me how and who I can complain too. You can’t win a case if you are not experienced enough to win it . Totally let down and now they threaten to give all my confidential information to the other party. They can respond to this email. Stalk my twitter account all they like. They are letting down a very vulnerable adult closing a housing case at a time they know it’s too late to get a new firm. Towards the end I felt bullied , controlled . Putting words into my mouth. Weren’t even on my side in the end . I’m left feeling traumatised and shocked. To treat someone vulnerable with autism /adhd and mental health conditions like this is unacceptable."

"I had an appointment and they cancelled because of the Queen Elizabeth state funeral bank holiday and the only date they had was after my tribunal claim deadline. They only cared to cancel and not even reschedule for a more convenient time. They give me a list of other law centres to call after 4pm and not to reschedule an appointment, which they only did after I posted this review."
