"I have never come across someone so unprofessional. Josephine ward was supposed to represent someone in my family which resulted in me being in contact with her and sending her payments. I had sent her the payment and Proof of the payment within an hour of her telling me the amount I have to pay. As soon as I sent her the proof she told me someone else will be representing my member of the family. She told me she would send me the payment back which was 13/11/2021 it is now the 2/12/2021 she still has not refunded me I’ve tried to message her multiple times and have got no response. I have called the firm itself , she picked up the phone and once again told me she would send me the money and never did. I called again a few days ago and someone else answered and asked for my phone number and said someone will be in contact with me regarding my refund. To this day No one has contacted me and no one has sent me any money. This is terrible customer service and my hard earned money is sitting in their bank account for no reason. ROBBED !"
