"These guys are absolutely terrible. Reluctantly used to buy my house in May 2020 as my estate agent recommended. Slow and painstaking throughout, they blamed the Covid-19 for every delay. Despite my terrible experience, I thought I would give them one more shot recently, given they knew my property, so I requested a quote for a simple change of deeds, after five emails and three phonecalls over two weeks, I still haven't had a call back. Awful service."

"1) The lawyer I made the appointment with did not turn up to the meeting, which I agreed to have at their offices. No explanation as to why not or an apology. I had to wait for 25 minutes in their reception area until a colleague was available to see me. No apologies offered or even a recognition that this is a bit unprofessional. 2) They apparently only take cash payments, which in itself is quite "unusual" for a law firm. Again, i was not made aware of this circumstance. After communicating that i do not carry cash at the moment (Covid) i was told by the receptionist that i had to go to an ATM to retrieve some. It was eventually sorted out but the entire experience of dealing with this place was unnecessarily unpleasant."
