Sent off my paperwork to them and all the forms they have asked for, the solicitor "Nic" has been away which is fine however, even before he went on leave and since his return hasn't bothered to confirm if he is willing to act on my behalf. Wasted a week of mine for no reason. Everytime you call and leave a message they don't bother returning the calls or messages. Just keep getting told the same rubbish that they will forward the message on. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, it would have been better if they just Saif they couldn't assist rather than wasting my time and that of the other party. I wouldn't personally recommend these guys or use them ever again."
