"I am very disappointed in the service my friend and I received on Sunday 26th February. There was already a dodgy atmosphere as we walked in. There were only two staff members unlike the usual 5 or 6 and no customers when we arrived. The lady that did my friends nails was so nice and attentive but the man that did mine was really aggressive and insisting. I explained to him the design I wanted to do and everything was good until he made a mistake with a nail(shape and design). I then re-explained what I wanted and he began to raise his voice at me and whispered something in his language under his breath. He eventually cleaned off the design but did not adjust the nails he shaped awfully. At the end of my appointment he insisted we pay in cash so my friend and I asked to go to the nearest cash machine. We were told that we needed to leave a valuable item with him before we go even though it was right across the street. Bear in mind all the other times we had been there we had never been told to do such. This encounter was felt very targeting and uncomfortable as we were both POC’s. He then proceeded to increase the price of my nails by and extra 5 pounds for reasons that were not communicated to me. In the end the quality of the nails were appalling and started to chip of a day after they were done. Definitely not worth 50 pounds."
"Ivy’s nail lounge is amazing! I’ve never experienced such kind and genuine services. They are so talented at what they do, and such lovely friendly staff. Every time I go there I feel so welcomed, you always get offered a free coffee (or drink of your choice) straight away in a special cup. My favourite is the caramel cappuccino. Would highly recommend."

I’ve been getting my nails done with I’ve and her team for years and haven’t experienced anything but the best, and such reasonable prices for the services they provide. The attention to detail is amazing!"
"Got my nails done here weeks ago, they were beautiful and I've and only just had them taken off. They weren't too thick and looked really uniform with no bumps or weird acrylic. Having had them off my nails are still really healthy underneath! Hardly a ridge where the nails were which is super rare. Best nail salon in Bath in my opinion."
