"I was unsuccessful in contacting anybody via telephone so visited today for a Children's birthday party’ as I approached the reception there were two assistants present that thought it more important to speak among themselves about non related work issues and I felt awkward at best standing in front of them to eventually be greeted by a rude ignorant male assistant that said yes? I asked if it would be possible to book a place for swimming lessons for my 10yo foster son to which I received a swift response we’re fully booked. I seriously wonder who on earth interviews such horrendous rude staff who are clearly not fit to deal with members of the public. Is it any wonder such council managed businesses are in such turmoil when they employ people that are clearly unhappy within their place of work / role."
