"I found my experience when dealing with Parfitt Cresswell (Windsor) a very disappointing one. On the firms initiation, I was contacted in January 2021 to finalise the estate of an elderly relative. I have not been kept informed of progress made at any stage, during the last 18 months, and been unable to speak to the relevant people dealing with the case. Telephone calls have not been returned on numerous occasions - pretty rude by any standards. Fees were never discussed and were certainly not comparable to the service that I received.
