"Ordered at half past 9 (an hour before closing time) last night in store all chairs where already up as well as floors done, I suspect the fryers where off as the onion rings, loaded fries and chips where all freezing with large clumps of salt it was obvious whatever leftover chips where there as opposed to cooking fresh ones. The burgers where cold and the drink machine had no coke which was paid for. Staff where to eager to leave and as if they couldn't be arsed. I'd have rather been told that, made to feel unwelcome for being a late order. Spend your money elsewhere there is so many better places to eat locally with better trained, more competent staff rather than children. 1 star is generous as other people have said."

"Double whopper with a single burger. Chips cold and onion rings rubbery cold unappetising. £13 and the top of the bun all broke up is that under toasted or stale, chucked it out. Really a shambles and not busy at late lunch 3pm. Never again I’m afraid"

"20 minute wait after placing the order we then got told there was no juice left. Got home to find out we had the wrong food! Both burgers had no salad and no sauce on them!! Bone dry! Spent 30 quid and the only thing we enjoyed were the cheese bites!!! Third time we’ve been here and we’ve not had and order correct yet! Will find it hard to go back!"

"I bring my disabled mother here every week for a Vegan royal meal. The staff are so nice always make us feel welcome with a smile and making sure se are happy. This does feel more then just a fastfood joint more like a restaurant. 10/10"

"I have used this BK 5 times and twice my order was wrong. First time I was given the wrong meal. Today it was a small order only 3 things but still had item missing.i had driven home when I noticed. When I called they said I could go and pick up item or get a refund which is fair enough but I live about 4 miles away. Will not use this place again."
