"Had a piercing there. Got pierced too deep. Was hurting really bad for weeks. Went back and spoke to someone else in there (who worked there) and she said the same thing happened to her. She said a lot of stuff and said she was leaving to get a new job. Had to have the piercing taken out. Couldn’t even sleep the night before because of the pain. And that’s when I was told that too much skin had been pierced!!!"

"Had a helix piercing done here. It all seemed to go well, but my ear swelled a bit as expected after a piercing. There was no room for movement with the (flat backed) earring used and it ended up sinking into my ear and I had to painfully pull the whole thing out of the back of my ear as I couldn't push it back out. After I removed it I was quite shocked at how short the earring post was considering it was used for a new piercing and would've thought that a longer one would be used to make room for swelling. It was much shorter than a standard earring post. I have put a longer flat back earring in so hopefully this one shouldn't cause any issues. Had a longer post been used I think it would've been perfectly fine. If you get a piercing done here just ask to see the post to check it's long enough before going ahead with it"

"Daughter came to have her nose pierced, was told any problems come back and see me. Daughter was screaming in agony all night. Turns out the piercing was done too high up the nose and wasn’t fully pierced through using a nose stud with a ball on the end rather than standard curved stud. Tried to go back the next day for the help that was offered to find the shop closed and any calls being declined. Also told it was £25 for the torture but was charged £35. I’d steer well clear of this place in future."
