"Such a stunning store! Staff were super helpful without being pushy which isn’t often the case with jewellery stores. The girl helping me was especially lovely and talked me through how to look after my pieces (I didn’t get her name but she was from New Zealand). Great vibe all round, I will definitely be back!"
"I am in love with my new welded bracelet! Savanna was absolutely lovely and it was really quick and easy! Having come from Manchester to get it done she made our experience great and gave us lots of things/ideas to do in Edinburgh also! Just a great experience all together"
"Recently went there to get a bracket for my birthday. Staff was really nice and accommodating. I am not allowed to have jewelry on for work so the welder was able to put a clasp on for me. She was really patient and went through all the options. I love my bracelet! Overall a great experience!"
"Went in to have a browse and was interested in getting a piercing. I went over to the male worker with gold teeth and asked if the pricing for the piercing was dependent on placement as well as what piece of jewellery you choose. He took me over to the sign for piercing, just pointed at it and said “everything you should need is stated on there” and walked away from me. Approximately 30 seconds later I walked past him to walk out of the store and he was saying “everyone needs to stop asking questions” to his colleague, I know this may not have been aimed at me but it still felt inappropriate. I was not impressed with this service at all."
"Myself and my partner went to the store today we spoke to a young women first who was lovely and I asked if I could do the piercing service which she explained wasn’t available due to not having their license which was understandable. I then browsed and saw a ring but said I wanted to keep looking around. I then found a bracelet I loved, the young woman we were originally dealing with was serving another customer so I asked her colleague could I also buy the bracelet and she said she didn’t have any other new ones but I could have the shop floor sample, I was honest and said I would have rather have had a new one, she turned so abrupt offered no discount off the sample said it had been “disinfected and there’s nothing wrong with it” I think this woman forgot I was buying a piece of jewellery, to me this is more of a luxury and something I don’t buy very often. I then looked online for the bracelet (which she didn’t offer to do) and it was out of stock but when you signed up to the website as a new customer you received 10% off your order, I asked the woman if I could have this in store and again she said no. Today was actually my birthday and I was in prepared to spend over £130 between the ring and bracelet and I left with nothing down to this woman’s poor attitude. Really disappointing on my first visit to the store."
