"Tried to get an emergency appointment as I had an abscess and was in acute pain with a swollen mouth. I was told there was no dentist available for an emergency appointment and my dentist was out of the country. After 1 week I was in such pain I went to Frome hospital and the nurse gave me 2 strong painkillers and a mouthwash. Eventually another dentist saw me literally for 3 minutes gave me antibiotics but then I had an abscess. Customer service was non existent with no care or emphaty from the reception staff."

"Been seeing Dr.Vasileios Doukas and have to say he is simply amazing at what he does. His caring and understanding approach quickly makes you feel at ease. Great practice and very please I've found a great dentist. Couldn't recommend enough."

"Twice now this company has let me down. The first time, about a month ago, I arrived for my appointment (20 min drive) to be told by the receptionist that they had cancelled the appointment. I received no communication about this despite them having my correct contact number. Today I returned for my re-booked appointment. I rang them prior to travelling to let them know I would be 5 mins late, which they said was fine. When I arrived I had to wait in a queue for 5 mins, then they took my name and I was told to take a seat, then 5 mins later another receptionist informed me that my appointment had been cancelled for being 20 minutes late, despite the fact it was only 15 mins past the appointment time when they told me this. I’ve found the receptionists to be very rude and unforgiving. This experience has forced me to go and find a private dentist as I don’t want to waste anymore of my time with them. I wouldn’t recommend this dental surgery to anyone."

Was in a right old state when I came in and managed to have an extraction today!! Thankyou to the reception team aswell the lady that booked my appointment was absolutely wonderful so calming, an assett to the team and the lady on the desk today seemed lovely too :) great practice absolutely recommend."

"Postponed appointment for a month after paying and turned up to be let down. And after I was given next appointment was let down yet again because wrong date was given to me. When I phoned was told I could have refund, or have an appointment next year. Staff made no attempt to satisfy my needs as a customer at all. Waste of money avoid at all costs."
