"Went into this shop to look for a watch for my birthday! I went in with a specific idea - they didn't have it in stock. Found myself leaving the shop with something I wasn't sure about. Went to return it the day later and was informed that this company DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS!!! This was NOT mentioned prior to purchase. Worse still, if links have been removed from a watch, its NON EXCHANGEABLE. When you're spending a lot of money on a product, you want to feel like you can trust the company you buy it from. I feel ripped off and all the joy has gone! PLEASE AVOID."
