"very bad experience, the first visit to the reception advises me that the waiting time is two-two and a half hours plus time to change tires because it was not necessary to replace the tires immediately I said that I would come the next day. Next day waiting time 40-45 minutes plus change time Of course, the time was extended to 2 hours and 15 minutes and, in addition, the damage to the rims of the wheels, but the gentlemen do not admit, but say that the damage was earlier. I also do not recommend mounting the wheels in Britain tires or the necessity to take a picture of the wheel rim before fitting the tires in case of damage as evidence of their fault. The atmosphere at their work is strange because one of the employees injured himself and came to the reception desk and looked for a dressing in the first aid kit but he did not find it and threw the entire first aid kit on the floor, the entire contents of the first aid kit scattered on the floor and the employee took a second first aid kit and when not he found a dressing again threw it on the floor, the gentleman from the reception asked him if everything was alright and he replied that he was not and he left slamming the door onto the workshop. All customers were unpleasantly surprised and disgusted with the whole incident."
