I brought my Lexus here for six years and even though it is a few miles away I would not even think of going anywhere else. Their work on the car has been top notch (mainly MOT repairs and servicing, including engine work). They know Lexus / Toyota inside out and are very thorough and careful. All communication is clear and helpful. They explain what needs doing and why, give accurate and good value estimates, and leave it up to you to decide. They are an excellent source of advice, with no discernible bias – in other words they talk to you as if they were a fellow owner. Can't say fairer than that, right? They have also been highly flexible with me on a couple of occasions and I've had overnight use of their courtesy car. Bottom line – if you want to keep up the value of your Lexus, and keep it running trouble free for years, without paying for anything unnecessary, and having complete confidence in the work done – head up to Warmley. I will get another Lexus one day just to stay with this garage!"

"Very expensive . Took my Toyota there , because it misfired . They've charged 160 per total , for replacing some spark plugs , putting some injector cleaner , a gas treatment in the tank and cleaned coils . 5 days after , it still misfires and I don't want to take it back there . If they didn't fix it first time , why would they fix it now?"

"The guys are consummate professionals, very polite, extremely experienced and undoubtedly very good at what they do. The problem is they're incredibly expensive! Firstly, they're extremely funny about using any blueprint parts even if they're dramatically cheaper than OE. Secondly, their labour cost is now actually more expensive than Toyota themselves. In my case, they wanted £167 in parts and £240 labour for a job that the main Toyota dealer were willing to do for £147 in parts and £180 in labour. It's a shame as they're undoubtedly good mechanics but they're just extortionately expensive now. I've been bringing cars to these guys for over a decade, they used to be awesome and it's a shame it's come to this, but I just can't recommend them any more."
