"Dishonest. I was charged £85 for the recovery, which is totally fine, then they needed to use the skates on the back wheels and that has a fee, which is ok too, but the "fee" cost £90, more than the recovery itself! This is absolutely ridiculous. I felt this company took advantage of my fragile situation where I had a breakdown and needed to rush to the airport so I had no choice. The amount to be paid for this "fee" was only disclosed after my car was on the truck and with the skates on it. Their website does not state their prices so obviously something priced like this under this circumstance makes you think a few things about how they charge their customers. For the record: the driver was an absolutely brilliant chap who was very helpful and friendly. He took literally 5 minutes to add the skates that cost £90 PS.: I am contacting citizen's advice about this"
