"The driver failed to inform me of the festive season surcharge and was rude when he found out I didn't read minds for a living, didn't have enough cash left after the £2 surcharge to tip him and needed help getting out of his taxi same as he had done whilst I was getting in. Spinal injury just doesn't heal that quickly. Overall a most unpleasant experience."

"Ridiculous carry on, normally these guys are quite good but booked a taxi the night before for 1pm for work, didnt got confirmation of driver til 1:33pm. Gave up waiting and it was cancelled. Called twice only tp be told still getting a driver and that booking it on the app won't allocate ye a car any faster or guarantee you have one. What's the use of having a booking system then??? Ended up mega late for work. Will be getting a car directly next time, very disappointed with the service the system's atrocious ye should expect yer pre bookings to be there or atleast be given some priority esp if ye do it well in advance."
