"Booked a transfer for my nephew and his wife. Taxi turned up 15 minutes late and clearly did not 'track' the flight as advertised. I separately messaged and tried to ring but the driver did not respond/ pick up. The driver did get in touch with my nephew to say he is on his way round about the time he should have been there and eventually drive them to the required destination. The 'online status update' is probably still 'coming soon'. Disappointing when you are trying to create a smooth travel experience for someone else."

"Had an account with them but lately drivers have turned up late in a hoodie wearing flip flops Spoke with owner who basically said I was paying pennies for the account even though price was agreed by Rob the owner, after 3 years his professional response was to close the account and not answer the phone This company used to be good but Unfortunatly have got too big for their boots so no customer service just blocked if you want to explain your grievance In the past would Definatly endorse good service but not now Was promised a dedicated number to call if any problems but that also was not answered when driver could not be located because was late"

"Driver was on time, courteous and friendly. However we were charged £116 from Glasgow Airport to our hotel of a Friday. The return trip (same journey, no. of people and bags) ON A SUNDAY with another taxi service cost us £39. Awful, awful value for money."

"I pre-booked a private cab to take my new 9 week old puppy and I from the Ferry Terminal to Glasgow with Scottish Transfers. Unfortunately the ferry was delayed two hours so I called, emailed, and had the booking time updated accordingly, well in advance of the originally scheduled pick up time. Just as we were pulling into the terminal, Scottish Transfers decided to hold me hostage and tell me they needed to charge me an extra £60 or they would cater to other customers. Long story short Scottish Transfers left my puppy and I out in the wet and cold because I refused to indulge such unethical bait and switch tactics. Luckily after a 2 hour wait, I was able to get service from a much better, more professional, and ethical provider."

"Great small taxi company, service is reliable friendly and professional. Great experience miles better than competition especially UBER. Wouldn't use another company. Love that your can request same driver as before. My driver John was lovely a real gem."
