"I had to give a star because you can not post without one. I have never been into a shop and been made too feel like i am being a royal pain, all I wanted was a balloon for my mum today as she is having a procedure. Well the woman who I will not say serve me because she was surly lacking in any customer service skills, it was plain from the 2 times I tried to talk to her but was ignored that I was a complete pain to even be in the shop.
