"was standing in the rain and cold for like an hour phoning a million taxi companies and no one would give me a taxi or were just weirdly rude, eventually phoned this company when i was nearly gonna give up and just be homeless for the night and they gave me a taxi lol. just thought i’d write a review saying im grateful so thanks v much. also the guy who picked me up was lovely. never got his name but he drove a silver seat alhambra reg: FE15SVD. will phone this service more often in future"

"I've noticed booking a taxi with Broomhill, they will select their clients based on quick judgement of character over the phone. So many people struggle to get a taxi from here, seemingly due to slang. The price is cheaper than most taxi services though so try your luck if you wish."

"i used this taxi company just about everyday to get to work and never had a problem until recently on saturday night i was trying to book a taxi for me n my work mate for when we finished and the app glitched and i didn’t see that i had even got a taxi the screen was black. I got a call and the guy was telling me to hurry up he’s outside so we were going as quick as we can. i said on the booking that we were stopping at my friends address first so she can jump in and get something from hers when we got there he tried to drive away and i said that we were stopping here for her and he said that wasn’t on the booking when it was and he said he couldn’t wait and asking me how long my friend would be, making me feel uncomfortable so i said we would get out if he was that busy so he charged us £5 for going not even a mile from where we were and didn’t get to our destination he left 3 girls standing out on a street without a care in the world. not sure why they would accept the booking in the first place if they can’t do it. i probably won’t be using them again if this is the now quality of their drivers."
