Reviews of Westminster Kingsway College - Soho Centre
"I could write the equivalent of a dissertation on what is wrong here, but instead I shall focus on who the two stars are for. Camilla who tried her heart out to help - but she has no control of the poor system and communications. She is however fantastic and utterly wasted here. Thank you Camilla for trying as hard as you did. The second is joint for Gabe and Fatima, ( I can’t give more than two stars here but consider yourself as having one each) who are divine. I think they both genuinely want to help. But again have no real power to control the situations they are put in. Personally I am a year behind in my studies down to this college and the promises made that could not be kept- be very aware of that and the flashy advertising and 10million pound grants. Because those won’t help you when you are left adrift."
"I can't recommend this college highly enough. I supposed to start a course in English that I never started (for personal reasons). From the doorman to the teachers responsible for the assessment test ... they were all polite ,enlighting and seemed to know their job."
"I completed a course at Westking Soho centre in 2017 and went on to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering. I am now going on to do my Masters and this is all thanks to my lecturers at WKC! I see a lot of reviews highlighting discrimination, however I faced none of this during my time here and I saw nothing of the sort occur. I owe a huge thank you to Nickie who gave me the chance to study here despite an initially poor performance during interview maths test. I received all the support I’d needed and with plenty of effort I was able to gain a good understanding of maths and physics which helped me massively during my time at Brunel University. Thanks again WKC! Huge thanks also to Usha and Mary!"
"Awful support- 3 months to get a certificate but seems they can't quite manage it. No one cares, these people will take your money and give you nothing in return - they should be embarassed and ashamed. AVOID"
"This college is popular for Discrimination between the students!!! The give you mark according to their mood instead of your paper especially Gabe and Nikki !!! The only teacher can help the students is Matthew. I have very bad memories of this college. I never forget how much I attempted but they played with my life and I wasted one year in this college. They are so racist and they don't like to help you to grow up. None of them help you!!! This is not an academic place to study and go university but it is a place to earn money."
