"I had the worst experience with Soutwark College. I've booked an IELTS exam online and went to the college to pay in cash. It has taken three members of staff and half an hour to take the payment... The very next day I received a cancellation mail due to non-payment.... Again, it took them 24 hours to rectify that mistake and my exam was finally confirmed. Then, 3 days before the test, they cancelled it because of shortage of staff.... I also received an email informing me that the refund will be issued to the payment card I used to register for exam... Shambles! Edit: it has been 2 weeks and still no refund...."
