", all the bad reviews are 100% correct! Only care about money! Will phone you and be rude and argumentative which is sooooo unprofessional! Told me my puppy had to go in for X-rays and surgery and when I took him for a second opinion another vet told me there was nothing wrong with him at all, riverside vets then denied telling me he needed surgery and called me a liar."

"Had an emergency with my dog. They took him in quickly and did the required surgery successfully and kept in regular contact with me to advise how he was doing. They made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough."

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. You can tell they care for all animals that come to them, I have no worries leaving my cat with them if necessary. Only downside is limited parking due to the location. Although there is a car park further down the road at the other side."

"My dog got hit by a car and they seen us pretty fast. After x-rays he was fine thank God, bruised sore and on pain relief. The staff were great and good with my dog and explaining what was going to be done. After it all I got my bill and and it was average to others. Happy dog happy me"
