"What a horible mistake I made by choosing this college! If you are planning to do the Acces to HE in computing computing just go elsewhere. There are many other options out there. The worst part is the teachers, and their extremely slow grading process and sadistic lack of feedback. If you get an assignment, the grading will take months not weeks and by that time you have to work in parallel on another assignment without knowing your performance on the first one. How are we supposed to improve if no one gives us feedback? Also if you miss a lesson, good luck getting back on track. Not all teachers are like this just some, but those some make learning a nightmare. Horrible!"
"This is my wonderful college. I love its ambiance and its library. Thank you very much to the teaching staff for their efforts for us. Accept my love and respect. Khaled Ibrahim"
"IF YOU WANT TO STUDY THE ACCESS COURSE FOR HE. THIS COMMENT IS FOR YOU. Don't go! In short, DO NOT GO. There are many other colleges that may provide a comprehensive and broad understanding than this college, which will surely waste your time with 100%. The distribution of grades is based on randomness. The education system is terrible. The teachers never help the students. He treats you as if you were his servant, nothing more. No less, you have a test to submit and you are evaluated on it at random. If you submit another application and try to discuss the reason for the lack of grade, they will certainly treat you worse and your grades will be reduced. The psychological pressure is that the teachers put excessive psychological pressure on the students by asking them for things that are not academic and illogical, and when you ask them about the reasons for this completely unbelievable pressure! Their response is simple: "This is a course for mature students, not a middle school at all." Absolutely ridiculous. Additional tip: If you expect teachers to respond to the email you sent them, then you are definitely dreaming. You will never get a response to any inquiry. You are completely isolated and demanded of many things that need to be explained to do them correctly and as required, "which they do not want you to do." In short: if you go to this course, you are going to fail with your feet. Good luck."
"Thank you all in west college We had lovely party yesterday @ college. Nowruz has been celebrated in Iran and the Persian diaspora for more than 3,000 years. Its roots are as a feast day in Zoroastrianism, a religion practiced in ancient Persia that viewed the arrival of spring as a victory over darkness"
"WLC is located near Baron's Court Station and Hammersmith Station in London. It's also close to West Kensington and Shepherd's Bush, making it easier to rent a house at a relatively lower price than downtown London. London Heathrow Airport, downtown London, Wimbledon, and New Malden, where many Korean restaurants are located. WLC's overall facilities and school system are old, but professors' passion for teaching is far behind any other school. The students enrolled in the EFL(CELTA?) are from various countries, including Italy, France, Spain, China, Romania, Uruguay, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Israel etc. Therefore, it is easy to get close to students from various countries and enjoy various activities. Most of the equipment used in class is old and classrooms are not modern, but the enthusiasm of some teachers is excellent. It's good to learn English and improve your English skills. However, the number of orthodox English teachers among ELS teachers is somewhat insufficient. There are no dormitories operated at the WLC school level, so you have to find a house for yourself. But the school's International Students Office actively counsels students so that they can get a house. There is a cafeteria in the school, so you can use it cheaply, but the menu is not diverse. The library is also operated, but it does not stop students from chatting and chatting in the library, and the staff in the library often makes more noise, such as talking louder. WLC needs systematic improvement to improve the quality of the class. Some EFL teachers are passionate about class, but some are considered inadequate. In particular, teachers such as Sarah and Nick, Meena teach very passionately and try to communicate and communicate with students. I was touched by their efforts. I can give 3.5 out of 5 points for the overall evaluation of this school. WLC also operates exam preparation courses to enter Cambridge University and IELTS. I think the tuition is cheap among the public colleges in downtown London. If you want to learn English at a public college at a low cost in London, it would be good to choose WLC. However, I think schools need more efforts to improve the level of EFL teachers, improve treatment of teachers, and improve classroom facilities. I think that WLC also need more school-level promotion of EFL and to provide a network and a variety of activities for students from various countries to enjoy their London life more. If I have another chance to live in London and improve my English, I would like to choose WLC again."
