"I needed a part to complete a upgrade to my CB1000R. The part was not available in the USA so I had to order from the UK. Fowlers had the part and shipped it to me in California. I was pleasantly surprised at how the transaction went smoothly. Fowlers had to order the part through Honda for me. I requested the part be sent via first class mail (as I requested) and it arrived within a little over a week! Awesome job by Nick and Fowlers!"

"I required two bolts for my seat. I called explained what I wanted. The guy was very helpful he emailed a diagram of the seat I told him where I thought where the two bolts were and he placed the order for me. Unfortunately two clips arrived. I went back to there site with the part number and order the two bolts. They are very good and perhaps I did not make myself clear. Customer service is excellent."

"Prior to finding Fowler's my Ninja had a dangerous seat. So much so, Ted had to hang on tight to the screen. However after much googling and calling Fowler's I spoke with a super helpful chap who ran through the part number, confirmed it against my chassis number on the bike and confirmed the part would fit, I was able to buy the TINY bracket that held the seat in place and it actually arrived the next day! Now the seat is secure, Ted can ride safely and it was cheaper than buying a 2nd hand part on a popular auction site! Great service and shipping and a genuine Kawasaki part! "The web site is very user friendly and simple to use, finding the part you require is easy from the exploded diagrams with numbered parts and a list to find the part number, description and price. opening an account was easy, they don't want to know, the name of your dog, or your family history, very simple and effective. package arrived quickly, and in one piece. My only bugbear, is the price of the parts, i understand why there expensive, but £30 plus for 2 top hat washers and two rubber inserts is a little steep ! It's almost worth it, given the above, but would have to think twice if using again. Steve"
