"Hi there, I want to express my total dissapointment when I went to poundstretcher on leith walk between 10am and 10.30am. Two people were "working" there: a bauld old man and a lady with long black hair. I was looking for an item and I asked the man first to know where it was. He skipped the question two times ignoring me. After that, I walked around the shop wasting my time and then, I asked the lady, who ignored me as well. I am a busy business man that has things to do. I cannot understand why people so rude are working for you. After this bad experience I decided not to go there anymore. If you keep having those sales assistant you will lose all your customers. I hope you do something about it and have better people working there. Cheers."
