"Not been Waffle’s groomer for long, but was very happy to haven chosen Teddy’s. He came out happy and looking good! It was choice for the shorter cut in this warmer weather, but it was great they asked you beforehand what you specifically want done to your dog. They’ve taken on another groomer (who did Waffle) so if you’re looking for one or thinking about switching, look no further than Teddy’s! I knew he was in safe hands when he was lovingly picked up and taken through the back to be washed and groomed."

"Wife booked our dog in for a groom, got cancelled due to Covid and new groomer falling through, fair one but the lack of communication throughout the whole process has been highly unprofessional. Didn’t even call us once, wife only found out via instagram. Now I’m left with a dog who is over due a groom and everywhere is fully booked. Been let down big time, definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Follow up to owner response: there was definitely no voice mail left or even a missed call. Very poor indeed."

Our wee lad always looks perfect after his wash and cut and we completely trust Teddy's to look after him in a caring and professional way. They use great products too. "A more kind and warm dog groomer you would have to travel far to meet! Superb service delivered with honesty and integrity, I cannot recommend you use this wonderful salon enough, which is what I was told by my friend who recommended Teddy's to me. My Yorkshire Terrier was groomed there on Friday; she entered with trepidation and left calm and playful, looking superb. "Booked our puppy in explaining that it needed a haircut following issues with overheating and burrs. Arrived for first appointment and were advised that it would be a puppy introduction, although we hadn't been advised this on booking over the phone we understood and accepted and he was given a wash/dry and minor trim round eyes/bum (although I couldn't see the difference). He was still in need of a cut and they recommended bringing him back in a month and I booked in specifying he would get a cut. Second booking comes and we are informed that because he is 'excitable' a cut wasn't possible so he again had a wash/dry for another £25. Now while I understand that it may be dangerous to cut a dogs hair if they are too wriggly I would also think that a professional would be able to deal with this in most cases and if not i would rather they called me after 15 minutes and told em to come and collect the dog as its not possible to cut its hair at the time. Instead we have been charged £25 for what we would regularly do at home ourselves. On discussing with the staff we were told that it could take up to 5 times visiting for a cut to be possible... essentially we are looking at £150 before we even get a cut. Not acceptable. We were told, 'that's fine, we don't need your business'... I think that sums up their attitude perfectly... and they won't be having our business."
