"Never again. Terrible experience, young groomer had a terrible attitude the whole time. Came back to collect my usually happy labrador am gour later for a bath and nail clip, found him still damp and stresses out. Was told by groomer he fell off the table and didn't clip his nails and put him back in the cage and he has arthritis and has a healed surgery wound from a few months ago, but groomer wasn't interested in asking to full extent of my dogs wellbeing history and was only interested in selling a package deal to me which I refused 3 times which clearly increased her mood. Don't go to big company groomers, try independent companies, more qualified and empathetic to dogs and gentle."

"I have taken my dog here for the past year a half. However, over the last 6 months service has progressively been poor. They are not able to keep their staff which several staff members voiced to me on my last 2 visits. Each time the groomers are different due to this. This didn’t bother me too much as i was still happy with the groom. However, the last 3 visits they have phoned me on the day to ask me to change my time which again I was happy to comply. Yet this last groom appt -that i had waited 8 weeks for- they called me less than 48 hours before to advise all groom staff had left and they could only offer a wash and blow dry for my dog. I asked if there were any other options but was told “no, unfortunately not”. I was also advised the store manager would call me back- never happened. I contacted pets at home online - they said they would email other groom rooms and ask them to contact me - again no response. Overall extremely poor service. I will not be returning, there are major staffing issues and due to this the appts are very unreliable. Unfortunately is appears this will be a long term issue as they continually take on new customers (unlike other groomers)and mixed with the staffing issues, they cannot keep up with demand causing repeated cancelations and generally a very poor standard of customer service, particularly for a large company such as pets at home."

"Friendly staff. Felt very confident in leaving the dog there. The groomer even took a little video showing how much her tail was wagging. Recommended."

"My dog's been going there since we got him and they've always done a great job whether giving him a bath and full groom or a quick tidy up. Andy the manager is lovely and pur dog's always happy to see him. They were really good after the lockdown and quick to call us to offer an emergency appointment as ours had been cancelled. Very accommodating."

"Having two wonderful cats there's always something I need, wet food they will only eat gourmet, dry food have whiskers mixed with I AM for fur balls as one cat is fluffy ,then try any new things toys fudge my cat love the little grey and white toy mice and twix likes balls they both retrieve their toys too. Then it's the cat litter has to be clumping then we buy finer clumping cat litter that we mix with it. They cost a bloody fortune but are worth every penny ,you get back what you put in ! Xx"
