"Not a very good experience: -scarce communication (selling/buying solicitor was either away or did not return calls). We would phone and email and only get a reply if chasing them. The process of selling and buying with AC was extremely stressful: -we signed documents at 17:15 on the day we got keys. -our selling/buying solicitor passed the 'last minute' blame on our buyers, from whom we learnt that they did not know of any issues on their part. It is a great shame we had experience this, as the firm was recommended to us. We hoped to receiving advice, and guidance on the process of selling and buying a new home.
