"Had my sons party booked for 9am this morning. Arrived at 8.50am and there was no staff in the wacky warehouse or the wishing well. Come to 9.30am and a manager opened the door saying to give him a few minutes to set up then another member of staff turned up. We didn't get in to start the party till 9.40am when it was meant to finish at 10.30! The manager came and spoke to me once we were finally allowed inside and apologised explaing that no staff had turned up and the member of who turned up around 9.30 was called in to cover. We were allowed to stay until 11am however that didn't solve the problem of having 20 children outside aged 4 and under. To the manager and female member of staff who showed up I would like to thank them greatly for coming in when it wasn't their shift to save my sons birthday party and trying to make it better!"
"Booked a children's birthday party at the Wacky Warehouse. It works out as £10 per child, which includes lunch and a reasonable amount of playing time. Been to several kids parties there, the kids always enjoy it. They love the big slide and come home exhausted after climbing up and sliding down many, many times."
"I wanted leave a review for the the crew working keeping everyone happy and safe here.... Both Dawn and her colleague on Thursday 26/1/23 were lush and welcoming bend over backwards to help with a beaming smile and show they genuinely care! Monthly pass is a steal!"
"the positives: cheap, enough to do for a 5-8 year olds, the cafe is good , too the negatives: dark, cold, no booking system so you'll have to wait for someone else's session to finish which may be a bit long. adults wearing outdoor shoes share the same space as the kids running in socks but seems to be the system everywhere. don't know how clean the slides and the soft area are but havent seen anyone sanitiasing hands etc"
