"I cannot praise Ideal Schools enough! From the first moment I went on the website and Brian came on live chat to help guide me as to what was the best course for me, I was impressed by the fact that he really did seem to be doing that and not just pushing me to the most expensive course - and even pointed me towards the discount offer at the time. The materials always arrive quickly and are really easy to follow, there are lots of step by step examples for complete beginners, and the support is terrific, often provided outside hours. They have a couple of student FB groups which also provide fantastic support and encouragement. "I cannot recommend Ideal Schools enough; their support is second to none; from the comprehensive literature which breaks the course into bitesize pieces, with tutor marked assignments ensuring you are always on track. For moments of confusion or confidence crises they are available by phone/chat or Facebook. There are also two amazingly supportive Facebook closed groups, one where students can help each other and one for those in practice to support and help each other. Before picking Ideal Schools, i searched the chat rooms and the ICB forum and took note of the course providers whose students were struggling. I managed to obtain Distinction with Honours on Bookkeeping level II and i am just about to take my final exam for level III, hopefully obtaining the same result. Ideal Schools have also tried to help me find some overflow work to gain valuable experience in the field, before i start my own business. Money can't buy this!!!! "Well I was surprised to see Ruby Rouge's review (but, at the time of writing this, it seems they tend only to leave negative reviews). My experience of Ideal Schools has been the polar opposite! I carefully reviewed the various training providers, before choosing Ideal Schools for my book-keeping training. Not only were the staff at Ideal so helpful in addressing any questions I had prior to enrolment, they have reamined so ever since, and they have consistently achieved high standards with both their materials and their student results. This seems to have been recognised by awards given by the book-keeping profession! I haven't observed anyone scared to speak out, and any issues or problems I have had, have been answered and resolved promptly. I have been impressed by the level of additional support offered to students, both pre- and post-qualification (especially with the Facebook support group). I have seen many times Ideal staff answering questions students have out of their normal working hours or introducing potential students to those currently studying, so they can get a feel for what is involved. Personally I rate Ideal Schools very highly and would recommend them (and would point out that I have no personal connection with the managers or staff of the company, other than having been one of their students)."

"From the very first phone call before enrolling on the course, to the current conversations, emails and support during my studies, Ideal Schools have been Helpful, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. UnLike so many other training providers I spoke to, they weren't in the business of sales patter and getting you to sign up for as many courses as they could! Idea schools provided sound advise on a study path which matched my career goals. I found their prices to be better structured and I even managed to pick up a deal on the courses I wanted. Making a great saving compared to other training providers. My fear then was "would I be getting as much from the them as the more expensive providers?" The answer was more! Reading on some ICB and bookkeeping forums, other students don't seem to get the same support and understanding, especially when preparing for exams. When I hear others failing at certain exam stages but Ideal schools students are excelling in these same exam areas! For me that tells the story. They have been only a phone call or email away on tough topics or just days where I needed a little extra support and someone to talk things through with. With home learning, it can feel like a lonely experience and isolating. But not with Ideal schools ! Their Facebook groups provide support and connections with fellow students and those who have gone on to practise. This helps with celebrating exam success and also getting a boost to carry on when you are struggling. A great group of people and a wonderfully inclusive support network.
