"Disappointed. Did not deliver Interflora order for Mother’s Day despite informing sender that they had done so. Sender was refunded by Interflora, so despite claim by florist that the delivery was made, it was not. Sender has now given all future business to another florist who has not let them down. This review stands and an apology should have been given to sender and recipient, rather than claiming that the order was sent."
