"I have recently been treated by Vanessa and Owen, aside from providing first class physiotherapy, they have provided me with so much information and advice that will help me manage my injuries better going forward. Owen also provided me with a training plan going into my last few weeks of marathon training to help build my confidence and give me the best chance at finishing it, as well as providing me with race day advice on how to manage my injury throught the marathon. As a novice runner, his advice has been invaluable! Everyone at this clinic is very friendly and welcoming and i couldnt have had a more postive experience. My only regret is that i didnt go and see them sooner. Cant recommend this place highly enough, I will definitely be back in the future!"

"I went to see Owen at ProMotion after I tore my achilles tendon. After assessment he put together a great program for me to help my recovery. He was realistic with time frames and was great at keeping me motivated during our sessions, he tailored the program when necessary if I needed it and that really helped. During one session I was down about how long my recovery was taking as I was desperate to get back running. He told me to stick with the program and it will come, he was totally right and sticking with it now means I’m back running again. "I had a sports massage with Cathy yesterday and it was amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming, and did a thorough history check to learn all about my issues and how they were linked. Really good knowledge on the body and provided excellent treatment for my painful tight muscles. She explained everything to me, making sure I was comfortable and it was just a great experience.
