"I rang today to order flowers for my mum tomorrow. When I have the address, the owner of oasis flower house said she doesn't deliver to that address as she had been given a nasty review by a man and said it was all lies. I told this woman that that man is my dad who recently passed away. I said my dad was not a liar or a nasty person, so if the flowers diedthe next day, then they died the next day. She was incredibly nasty and put the phone down on me. I have checked Google reviews and the only review from my dad was given 5 stars 2 years ago. Even if she is given a bad review, she should accept the criticism with magnanimity like any decent adult would, not swear and be abusive. Horrible horrible woman. Unfortunately you can't give zero stars, that's all she deserves!?"
