"Wouldn’t return £100 deposit even though we didn’t even visit or start the nursery. Provided 5 days advance notice of not wanting to proceed with placement as they couldn’t offer days we needed and couldn’t give a time parameter on how long the waiting list was to secure the day. We didn’t want to send our son to two separate nurseries.I would understand if we actually had a visit and proceeded with the placement. Will be taking further action."
