Reviews of Wolfridge Alpaca Barn
"Lovely little place for a short walk and nice cup of coffee. Easy to find. Could see the curious alpacas close by. Even though it is new,it's already busy in the restaurant. Definitely getting popular quickly. There is outdoor sitting area too overlooking alpacas enclosure."
"Went here on a work team building event. A large table of us had a lovely afternoon tea with cakes and scones. Lovely Alpaca biscuits! Lots of cups of tea and coffee which kept coming, then we did the Alpaca trail to see the Alpacas and learn some Alpaca facts. A really nice afternoon for a few hours. Will definitely be back with the family as the kids would love it, also I like cycling groups, motorbike clubs and classic car groups would love it! Thanks very much for looking after us!"
"A brilliant Up Close Experience with the alpacas, the group was us three adults plus child and two others, so plenty of turns to feed and (gently) cuddle the animals. My four year old thought it was great and got involved in looking after the yearlings which she was pleased about. Craig was good at striking the balance between being safe (for the alpacas and us), and getting the most out of the session. There were a fair few people on site but there is lots of space so at no time did it feel crowded which is an achievement in school holidays. The cafe was lovely, we had drinks and cakes (including alpaca biscuits!), and we’ve recommended the experience to friends and relatives. Hopefully I’ll get to return and do one of the craft workshops soon."
"Had a lovely Mother's Day bacon butty and latte, was very interesting seeing the alpacas up quite close. Cafe was large, both indoor and outdoor space, very clean and new. Quite a small menu but only been open since end February 2022."
"New cafe adjoining the Alpaca farm which is free to visit and walk around. The cafe is still only weeks old but food was reasonable and cakes tasty. Few errors in the order but still very much early days of the cafe and staff were lovely and rectified the small errors without fuss. Lovely experience, and setting of the cafe was bright and clean."
