Reviews of Caffè Nero
"There are many Caffè Nero branches in Bath, but I always go to this one. The staff are so friendly and well-trained here, and always make my oat milk mocha to a tee."
"The two lads who were working on 8th December are a credit to the company. They're friendly and professional, and the blonde one makes really good drinks. Some sort of problem with another store meant the managers came in to sort everything out. But the lads were on top of it and so professional about the upheaval."
"Love this Caffe Nero. Really cute and inviting. Got my green tea and chilled out. Super close to other shops and one of three Caffe Neros in the city centre. I would definitely recommend it for all your favourite Caffe Nero treats."
"The place was really cold, the coffee was great, it is 5:10, and they will close at 6:00. The staff member with braces, was very nice, and collected all the empty cups. I don't think that single staff member, can prepare the orders, collect empty cups that customers left on the tables, and clean all those dirty tables, add to that, picking up the litter on the floor. I don't know why the americano is prepared using a carton cup for the espresso, then pouring it on top of the hot water in the big ceramic cup, why not prepare the espresso in the ceramic cup, then add hot water to it?"
"Unfortunately, a big no to that cafe. The staff on duty during our Saturday visit was absolutely lost (1 regular + 1 trainee). We have been waiting half an hour to receive our order that eventually happened to be incomplete and had to wait a bit more for the outstanding coffee. Also, the tables were not clean (old cups and spillages), we had to do it ourselves. We also noticed other people’s drinks were being swapped all over again due to mistakes being made. I understand that some places may be understaffed. Some people undergoing a training, etc. But a big ask to the managers not to put those people on the front line on a busy Saturday afternoon. It only draws the customers away!"
