"My first time here and it's quite tricky to find the actual entrance to the studio. The signs direct you to go down a precarious metal staircase, along a dubious & damp alleyway, up another dodgy set of steps and along another little alley. The thing is, all of that is absolutely unnecessary as you can simply walk across the open courtyard at street level and down a regular set of steps to access the building! Once inside, the studio is bright and spacious. The air conditioning works well and the toilets were clean."

"I used the Studio Hire function and it was quick and simple. I enjoyed my time using the space and when I asked about the Flow Faculty Dance classes that were advertised all over the studio I got some in depth info as well as extra information regarding privates that the Faculty teachers offer. "Being a member of Flow Dance Nine Elms I have also been at their sister studio at Oval. I hired studio spaces on a couple of occasions and had a very good experience every time. They have 6 different size studios for hire and each of them is equipped to a high standard with everything you need to rehearse, teach or even hold and audition. Their staff are very helpful and friendly too. I have also tried Flow faculty classes and really enjoyed the vibe, dance teachers are brilliant and really caring and enthusiastic. I felt very welcome and enjoy the fact that I can learn some dance styles I never tried before, like heels, commercial, contemporary and my absolute favourite modern jazz class. I really recommend Flow Dance Oval to the youth who want to grow their confidence, build on fitness and dance skills in a friendly and safe environment."

"A variety of dance classes available which is great. Been in a couple of different studios there. A big letdown: The aircon in one of the studios was not working and there were only 2 tiny fans that didn't do much. No windows for ventilation too. Imagine 20 over students dancing in a studio with no ventilation...the teacher said they informed reception several times about the sane room but still nothing has been done."

"Thursday Pilates class with Josie Kukor was great. This was my first time at Flow, so wasn’t sure what to expect. I am completely out of shape - but Josie was incredibly kind and helpful to get me started. There needs to be more instructors as warm as she is - makes everything so much easier. The dance studio is not pretentious and feels very much like “home”."
