"Over the past 5-10 years I’ve danced and taught in all the major clubs in London. For a regular week night you can’t beat this venue. It’s easy to get to as it’s a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon Station and 5 minutes from South Wimbledon Tube. No other club in London offers 3 levels of Bachata and 5 levels of Salsa. Many clubs refuse to add a fifth level but this club warrants it. It means the classes aren’t over crowded as it’s very popular. The crossover from improvers to intermediate has a ‘bridging class’ so people who want to make the next step are looked after. All the instructors ‘know their stuff’ and deliver each class professionally with technique and fun! The team of Instructors have many years of experience between them, teaching and performing in the UK and internationally, so you know you’re getting the best tuition. The style of the classes are New York ‘On 1’ (Crossbody style On1). The resident DJ plays a good mix of Music and satisfies the crowd each week with the latest Latin music as well as the olds so the dancers can sing along and pretend they speak Spanish ha ha.. The Music is a mix of On 1 Salsa to Mambo to Cuban as well as a good mix of Bachata. A few R&B style tracks are thrown in from time to time and each night La Rueda is danced for anyone to join in. The vibe is always good, energy is high and you’d be lucky to find a busier week night in the Greater London area."

"Easily the most fun salsa night in London! Been dancing here 5 years now and keep coming back for more. There's a level of class to suit most dancers, from beginners to advanced. The teachers are highly motivated, easily approachable and place an emphasis on having fun. Unlike a few other salsa establishments there's ample room to dance in and a decent bar where you don't have to wait all night to get served. There's always a vibrant and easy going crowd who love to have fun and are easy to get on with which is a huge bonus. Added to a resident DJ who plays great salsa tracks in addition to his own mixes, it's hard to stay away from Salsa Partytime in Wimbledon!"
