"I discovered PSM 9 months ago. I presented with multiple separate issues at first appointment with specialist medical consultant Rhodri Phillip, who took a full history to make his assessment of how best to move forward in my particular case. Rather than ordering multiple expensive tests and scans, he arranged for physiotherapy with the excellent Pierre Jason, who I must admit was great at both demonstrating and explaining any recommended exercises, engaging me to be active in my own healing, performing the recommended exercises multiple times between sessions. Pierre was also hands on with tissue manipulation to support my recovery. Taking down pain and discomfort levels significantly, and increasing range of motion. I was then handed over to another amazing practitioner, Yaad Hassan, who is continuing the unravelling, with his magic mix of soft tissue massage, the most extensive and impactful Accupuncture that I’ve ever experienced, blading, cupping etc. Yaad again is amazingly talented, has a real mixed bag of tools, a great manner and is totally engaging and passionate, delivering a great service. My journey back to being pain free continues.
