"For months I've been trying to book a spot on the Saturday adult swimming classes. Each time I've enquired I've been told that there is no availability and to try again in a week/weeks. I tried again today and got the same negative response I've received every single time. They also informed me that they "don't do waiting lists" (perhaps you should, that would be good customer service!) and gave me a list of other places to try. I took this as a clear message not to contact them again, which I won't be!"

"Quiet sports centre that operates outside of school hours. The swimming pool is only available to members on weekends, though does offer free under 12 access which comes in handy in the holidays. They offer a few classes throughout the week that cater to a mixture of abilities free with the membership or £5 for non members. They also give you a free 1 hour court session each month. Staff don't seem bothered by much and spend a great deal of time talking to themselves."
