But I was put onto Pat and Triccs academy and I have to say, I have loved every minute of it and I wish I had started younger. They have taken my age and injuries into account and considering I am almost 40, can happily say that I am training in a totally different way, getting incredibly fit, strong and perhaps most importantly, am learning new skills and being challenged every single week.
