"Yet again this chemist cannot answer their phone and again have had a prescription for a week and not advised it is ready to collect. Last time I had a rude remark made to me about not being on their “text service” as they don’t have time to answer the phone! And guess what, I was on the text service, they just hadn’t used it to tell me the prescription was ready. Going to avoid from now on."
"Worst chemist I’ve ever been too. The staff are very rude and not only do they never answer the phone they consistently never have your prescription. It’s always an argument to try and collect your prescription. They make it very difficult for you to get your medication on time and there’s always a very long wait regardless of whether they have your medication or not. Terrible service every time. You will notice this with every customer not just yourself. Awful awful awful service."
